PCs are generally placed on the desk or on the floor. Neither option is ideal – the first monopolises the practical working space and the latter gets in the way of cleaning. A CPU holder is mounted under the desk to prevent excess dust from entering the unit and the user can place the monitor anywhere he chooses. CPU holders can be attached horizontally and vertically, at various heights and widths.
Document stand
A document stand is an indispensable part of the workplace for those who often work with documents. The stand is placed directly in the work field to prevent unnecessary, repetitive movements of and undue strain on the neck and shoulders. Moreover, the eye-to-document distance is about the same as the distance to the screen, making refocusing unnecessary.
Notebook stand
The percentage of notebook sales out of overall PC sales has increasingly grown in recent years. The reasons are simple: dramatically reduced purchase costs, on the one hand, and increased user options, on the other. Notebooks present a significant ergonomic drawback: they force the user to adopt a crouching posture, making them unsuitable for extended use. A notebook stand will eliminate these objections, as it can be easily adjusted in height and will, together with an external keyboard and mouse, make for a healthy desk set-up.
